Sheep River Falls, Alberta, Canada

Remembering marginally warmer temperature 🙂
There is so considerably magnificence in Kananaskis country. This is west of a city known as Turner Valley, Alberta (exactly where the initial oil was discovered in this province). There are some outstanding recreation possibilities (tenting, etc.) close to this spot. Blue Rock Campground, was 1 of our favourite areas to expend a weekend tenting with close friends and our young ones when we were being all considerably younger! On several occasions, we’d get rain, put up heaps of tarps, hold the campfire going in an attempt to remain warm, then occur property reeking of smoke! Excellent memories! We would jokingly say it was named Blue Rock mainly because from time to time it was so chilly, the rocks turned “blue” with cold 🙂

It is a cold working day currently here in southern Alberta -28 deg. C. (that’s -18 F.) and this wintery temperature is intended to continue on for a couple a lot more days. We didn’t remain outdoors really long this morning taking our Buddy boy for a walk (he’s our rambunctious Aussie Shepherd!). The wind chill was -31 deg.C! We positive are obtaining to be “wimps” in our old age…LOL
Up until now, we have been so spoiled with unseasonably warm temperatures.

Sorry I have not been commenting on your photographs recently. Haven’t been on Flickr really considerably at all what with 1 point and an additional happening.

Wishing you all a Satisfied Monday!
