This is my (Tony’s) entry into the September “Behavior, The Fantastic, The Poor and The Unpleasant – ActiveRain Obstacle” hosted by Debbie Reynolds. First, permit me say, as have numerous others in their posts have said, that there are a litany of “undesirable” and “ugly” patterns that could be section of this publish – but – I will aim on “actual physical wellness”. Let’s start out with “Poor Behavior” At one particular place in my teenagers when actively playing Rugby (in the British isles) I was “battling in good shape” and weighed in at 187 lbs.  Once High School was more than, my ingesting patterns modified for the even worse, and more than the decades I managed to get up to about 335lbs.
